After choosing an offline bank transfer (BSPB, DBS, OCBC, etc.) on the checkout payment page, many buyers ask: where do I upload the remittance screenshot? This differs from wallet offline recharge—see the comparison below.

Two scenarios, two upload locations

Orders: step-by-step

  1. On the payment page, select an offline method and note the beneficiary account details shown;
  2. Complete the bank transfer using those details;
  3. Click Complete Order—you should see: Please submit payment information from purchase history;
  4. Go to My Account → Purchase History;
  5. Open the order details for that order;
  6. If proof is not yet submitted, click Make Payment;
  7. Fill in Amount, Name, Transaction ID, upload Payment screenshot, then Confirm.

After submission, payment status becomes Submitted pending platform review.

FAQ

  • Why no upload on checkout? The flow is “order first, proof later”, separate from wallet recharge, to avoid reserving stock before transfer is initiated.
  • No Make Payment button? Proof may already be submitted, or the order is not an offline payment order.
  • What should the screenshot show? Amount, beneficiary account, date/time, and bank reference or transaction ID.
