Our store defaults on Baisihui Tong express delivery. If there are urgent items, you can contact the seller to arrange for Shunfeng express delivery. The express delivery fee can be paid upon arrival. Items that are quite heavy can be sent via logistics services. Multiple items can be purchased together. Our store calculates the shipping fee based on the weight. Please be sure to contact us after placing the order, providing accurate shipping information. Once everything is confirmed, you can then make the payment.
Regarding Signing for Receipt
Please check whether the outer packaging is intact when signing for the delivery. If there is any damage, you may refuse to sign for the delivery. If the packaging is intact, but the goods are found damaged on the day of signing for delivery, please take a photo and contact us. We will be responsible for issuing a replacement or providing a refund based on the damaged goods photo. Glass products may suffer damage during transportation, so our store only accepts photos taken on the day of signing for delivery. We will not be responsible for any issues after this deadline. Therefore, please check carefully when signing for delivery to avoid unnecessary conflicts and financial losses. If the buyer mistakes the goods or requests a return due to the goods not being as good as expected, the buyer will be responsible for any additional costs such as shipping fees.
