r1. Take out and install the microscope, choose the right position beside the light source, adjust the angle of the mirror arm and the angle of the reflector, and see the light in the eyepiece without the objective lens.
r2. At the beginning of use, please use a low-power eyepiece and objective lens to observe. The low-power field of vision is large, making it easy to find the target.
r3. Place the observed specimens or slices in the center of the through hole and clamp them with a pressing clamp.
r4. Move the specimens slightly. After seeing the blurred image in the eyepiece, adjust the coarse and fine focusing wheels slowly until the image becomes clear.
r5. If the observation becomes darker when the light is insufficient or high, please move the microscope to a place where the light is strong or use an electric light source.
r6. In high magnification observation, only fine focusing wheels need to be adjusted. If a moving ruler is equipped, the moving range should be smaller.
