1. This product is used in various water-soluble and emulsifiable cutting fluids, cleaning solutions, antifreeze, rolling oils, and surface treatment fluids, serving to inhibit corrosion and prevent rusting.

3. This product can be used for short-term rust prevention during the machining process of parts, and can also be used for short-term rust prevention of metal equipment and materials during transportation and storage;

4. This product, when combined with other anion-type corrosion inhibitors, exhibits synergistic effects.

5. This product can also be used directly as a cutting fluid.

Four,How to use:

1. This product can be treated for rust prevention by soaking, brushing, spraying, or other methods.

2. The duration of the rust prevention effect of this product is related to whether the workpiece has been cleaned thoroughly before rust prevention, whether it has been dried after applying the rust prevention agent, and whether there is an outer packaging. Different operation methods can be used according to the actual requirements for the rust prevention period.

Short-term rust prevention: This product can be diluted 15-20 times and directly used as a rust-preventing water for cast iron and steel parts. The rust prevention time is about 15 days. For example, it can be used for short-term rust prevention between processes. If you want to extend the rust prevention time, you can increase the concentration of the rust-preventing agent.

Long-term rust prevention: It is recommended to clean the rust-prone items with a cleaning agent before rust prevention. After drying, soak them in the prepared rust-preventing solution for 10-15 minutes or apply a coating. Once dry, pack them in a clean and dry plastic bag. The rust prevention period can range from one month to over half a year, such as for long-term inventory storage to prevent rust.
