1. Comparing with Saponification Solution
The product outperforms saponification liquid in all aspects. It possesses excellent cooling, lubrication, cleaning, and rust-proof properties. It is non-toxic, tasteless, non-corrosive to the human body, non-corrosive to equipment, and non-polluting to the environment. The service life of the working fluid is twice as long as that of saponification liquid, and its cost is lower than that of saponification liquid.
2. Scope of Application
It is suitable for the cutting and grinding of ferrous metals. Its concentration is 5%-15%. It can be adjusted according to the requirements.
3. Notes
When using it, please wear proper labor protection products. Do not allow your skin to come into prolonged contact with the product. If the product is sticky, rinse it thoroughly with tap water. Be careful to prevent the product from getting frostbitten in winter.

4. Product Introduction
This product is made of a variety of super functional additives, which are scientifically compounded. At the same time, it has good cooling performance, lubrication performance, anti-rust performance, oil removal and cleaning function, anti-corrosion function and easy dilution characteristics. It overcomes the shortcomings of traditional soap-based emulsifiers, such as bad odor in summer, difficult dilution in winter and poor anti-rust effect, and has no adverse effect on lathe paint.It is recommended to use a concentration of 5% for rough cutting, and 10-15% for grinding and finishing.
5. Product Characteristics
The rust-proof period of cast iron processed by this method is 7 days in summer and 15 days in other seasons.
The life of the diluent is more than one year when it is used at the prescribed concentration.
