1. Product Features
① The cast iron parts it processes have a rust prevention period of 7 days in summer and 15 days in other seasons.
② When used at the specified concentration, the life of the dilution solution is more than 1 year.
③ The comprehensive performance has reached or exceeded that of imported similar products, but the selling price offers a significant advantage.
④ The dilution solution is clear and transparent or semi-transparent, with a pH value of around 8.0. During use, the machine table surface does not become greasy, and the visibility during processing is high.
⑤ Does not cause irritation or adverse reactions to the skin and eyes of operators; does not corrode or swell the machine tool paint and sealed components.

This product outperforms saponification liquid in all aspects. It features excellent cooling, lubrication, cleaning, and rust prevention properties. Additionally, it is non-toxic, odorless, non-erosive to the human body, non-corrosive to equipment, and non-polluting to the environment. The working fluid has a twice longer lifespan compared to saponification liquid, and its cost of use is lower than that of saponification liquid.
3. Scope of Application
Suitable for cutting and grinding operations on black metals, with a concentration of 5%-15%, which can be adjusted according to specific usage requirements.
4. Precautions
When using it, wear appropriate protective gear. Do not let your skin be immersed in the liquid for a long time. If there is any sticking, rinse with tap water. Pay attention to preventing frostbite in winter.
