Rayossan C is a ultraviolet absorber used for cotton, wool, and nylon. It is a heterocyclic compound containing reactive groups. It functions as an ultraviolet absorber, reacting with hydroxyl-containing cellulose fibers and amino-containing nylon fibers. It produces an absorption effect of ultraviolet rays, with excellent resistance to sunlight and washing. It is suitable for treatment by dipping and rail dyeing methods.
One, Characteristics:
Appearance: White viscous liquidChemical properties: Heterocyclic compounds
Ionicity: Anion
P H: Approximately 6
Density: Approximately 1.25
Storage Stability: Under conditions of 20-25°C, it can be stored for at least 6 months (storage in environments beyond this temperature range will reduce the product's effectiveness)
Two, Scope of Application
Leo Mountain C can be used in various cellulose fiber and nylon fiber fabrics (yarn, woven, knitted fabrics).
When combined with dyeing in the same bath, this product may affect the dyeing properties of fibers. Especially when dyeing with high-concentration anionic dyes in the same bath, (active, direct, and acidic) the color matching ratio may be affected. In fact, for dyeing textiles (from light to dark colors), it is recommended to use Leohill C solution after dyeing.
This product absorbs ultraviolet rays within the range of UV-B, has little or no effect on fluorescent brighteners, and will not change the color of the fabric.
