One,Spinning Process

1．工艺配方：

UV Protection Finishing Agent HTUV150 10～40g/L

4～8g/L Sodium Carbonate

2. Process Flow:

UV Protection Solution Dipping(Overhead rate 70～80%)Drying(80～100°C)Steaming(Saturated steam at 100～105℃ for 60～90 seconds)Or roasting(130°C for 2～3 minutes) →Wash with hot water→Cold water wash

3．化学材料操作：

To prevent the premature hydrolysis of HTUV150 and ensure the stability of the dipping solution, water and HTUV150 should be added to the chemical mixing tank first, and the dissolved soda ash should be added before use.

Two,Imersion Process(Can be used in bathing with dyes):

1．工艺配方:

UV Protection Finisher HTUV150 1～4%(OWF)

Metallic powder or table salt 20～40g/L

4～6% Sodium Ash(OWF)

Bath ratio: 1:10 to 15

2．工艺流程:

From room temperature to 80℃, the temperature increases by 1-2℃ per minute. At 70-80℃, the treatment lasts for 30-40 minutes. After that, wash with hot water, and finally with cold water.
