MED Anti-mildew and Antibacterial Finishing Agent

Product ingredients: Special heterocyclic compounds,

Usage Areas: Suitable for anti-mildew, antibacterial, sterilizing, and mite-resistant finishing agents for all types of fibers. Particularly suitable for close-fitting textiles.

Application:MED is harmless to the environment and easily biodegradable. MED can be directly added to the dressing solution.
Spinning process:
30-60G/LMED
pH Value: 5-6
Rolling liquid rate: 60-70%
Drying can reach up to 170℃ under normal conditions
Absorption Process:
3-6% MED
pH Value: 5-6
Temperature: 40-50℃
Duration: 15-30 minutes
Next, there is no need for washing. The material is directly dehydrated, and then dried at temperatures below 170℃.
When applied to polyester, MED can be used in the high-temperature dyeing process at 130°C. However, it is necessary to conduct preliminary tests, as MED may accelerate the dyeing process and result in darker colors. For the finishing process involving fluorocarbon compounds, we recommend using MED on the fabrics that will subsequently undergo fluorocarbon waterproofing treatment, as dyeing in the same bath will not reduce the waterproofing effect of the fluorocarbon compounds.
Storage:If stored for a long time below 0°C or above 40°C, this product may become thick or uneven. However, heating or cooling to 20-25°C and stirring will not affect its usability. Please close the barrel lid after use.
