From room temperature to981.5-2℃ per minute, to maintain good absorption and even dye distribution. At 98℃, process for 15-30 minutes, then wash with hot water followed by cold water.
2.Steaming Method

The liquid squeezing rate is 60-80%, steam steaming for 5-7 minutes, at a temperature of 100-102°C (saturated steam). After hot washing, cold washing is required.

To ensure the stability of the padding solution (to prevent premature hydrolysis of the product), the alkali and Leona Mountain C solution should be dissolved separately. After cooling the dyeing bath, the mixture of both should be added to the padding tank.
Hot Melt Method

Baking soda ensures good stability in the padding solution. Adding 50—80 grams per liter of urea to the padding bath can improve the adhesion rate. Especially when the amount of Leona Mountain C solution is 30 grams per liter or higher, it is recommended to add urea.
The liquid rolling rate is 60-80%, the roasting and baking temperature is 130°C, for 2-3 minutes. (If drying first and then roasting, it is 1-2 minutes.) After hot washing, cold washing is required.
