3-羟基吡啶是一种无色针状结晶。溶于醇和水，微溶于醚和苯。遇三氯化铁成红色溶液，在空气中易分解。 3-羟基吡啶 产品编号： YZH137 中文名称： 3-羟基吡啶^[1] 3-Hydroxypyridine 中文别名：3-吡啶酚; 3-吡啶酮; 氮苯酮^[1] 英文名称： 3-Hydroxypyridine 英文别名： 3-Pyridinol;3-Pyridone 纯度： ≥98% CAS号： 109-00-2^[1] 分子式： C5H5NO^[1] 分子量： 95.1^[1] 分子结构图：右图 由吡啶经磺化、碱熔、中和而得。将发烟硫酸加入干燥的反应锅内，搅拌下滴加吡啶，再加入硫酸汞。加热至230-240℃，保温13-14h。冷至20-25℃，加入乙醇中，继续冷至5℃以下，析出结晶。过滤，得吡啶-3-磺酸。熔点345℃，收率62%。将氢氧化钠及吡啶-3-磺酸加入反应锅内，在160℃熔融，升温至220-230℃保温4h。冷至100℃，加水溶解，用30%的盐酸调节pH至4，减压浓缩，过滤 除去氯化钠。滤液用饱和碳酸钠调节pH至8-9，冷却过滤，烘干，得3-羟基吡啶粗品，收率64%。用甲苯进行重结晶而得精品，熔点126-128℃，含量98%，精制收率80%。
