[Product Purpose]

Suitable for high-efficiency and long-lasting anti-ultraviolet treatment of cellulose fibers containing hydroxyl groups and fiber fabrics containing amino groups, protecting the skin from ultraviolet damage and improving the sunlight fastness of certain fuels. Complies with international standards such as those of Europe, America, Japan, and Australia.

Reactive ultraviolet absorber → Forms covalent bonds with hydroxyl and amino groups, possessing a durable ultraviolet absorption and conversion function, as well as ultraviolet shielding effects

Do not affect color, strength, and moisture absorption and breathability. Have little impact on fluorescent brighteners and will not change the color of the fabric. Ensure the fabric remains fresh and natural, and comfortable to wear.

High affinity with fibers, good versatility of products → Using processes such as padding, impregnation, and printing can maximize the shielding of ultraviolet rays

Small dosage, long-lasting and efficient effect → Possesses excellent durability, high resistance to water washing and stability, and maintains its effectiveness even after repeated washing, ironing, and exposure to strong ultraviolet light

【Usage Instructions】

According to the type of fabric and processing equipment, padding, impregnation, cold rolling, and printing processes can be used.It can be used alone for fully dyed fabrics, or it can be dyed or printed together with anionic dyes (active, direct, acidic). The process conditions are the same as those for the dyes used. The general dosage is...1～4% (o.w.f.). The actual amount may vary depending on the processing technique, the type, shape, structure, density of the material being processed, and the purpose of the treatment. Tests must be conducted before use.

The usage of cellulose fiber fabrics is as follows:

1. Dip-dyeing Process

1.Process recipe:

UV Protection Finishing Agent10 to 40g/l

4～8g/l Sodium Carbonate

2.Process Flow:

Wet rolling with UV-resistant solution (rolling residue rate 70～80%) → Steam steaming (saturated steam 100～105℃ for 60～90 seconds) or baking (130℃ for 2～3 minutes) → Hot water washing → Cold water washing

3.材料转换过程：

To prevent premature hydrolysis and ensure the stability of the padding solution, water and finishing agents should be added to the chemical mixing tank first. The dissolved soda ash should be added just before use.

II. Dipping Process (Can be performed together with the fuel):

1.Process recipe:

UV Protection Finisher 1～4% (o.w.f)

Metallic powder or table salt 20～40g/l

Soda Ash 4～6% (o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10～15

2.Process Flow:

From room temperature to 80℃, the temperature increases by 1-2℃ per minute. At 70-80℃, the treatment lasts for 30-40 minutes. Afterward, the material is washed with hot water and cold water.

【Instructions for Use】

1.在染色后洗澡时，可能会出现染料迁移的问题。建议在染色后对中等到深色的纺织品使用整理剂进行处理。

2.UPF值受到纤维类型、细度、横截面积、织物的类型和规格以及使用的紫外线吸收剂数量等因素的影响。所选用的织物必须满足一定的物理参数，以确保对紫外线的充分防护。为了尽量减少阳光透过织物照射到皮肤上的程度，其孔隙率（每单位面积的孔隙数）应小于2%。在使用前必须进行测试。
