Features of the Electric Heat Blower Drying Oven
The 1,101 series of electric heating blast dryers are suitable for determining moisture content in coal, drying items, and performing thermal drying treatments as well as other heating applications.
This series uses a digital temperature controller for temperature control. It features sensitive temperature regulation, easy operation, and reliable performance. The working temperature is directly displayed in numerical form, making it intuitive and easy to read.
3. The studio temperature can be maintained at any level between room temperature and 300℃; it can automatically cut off the power supply to protect the equipment and test samples.
Instructions for Use of the Electric Blower Drying Oven
HG101-1~HG101-4 type electric blow drying oven is produced in accordance with the 'Drying Oven Technical Conditions' JB/T5520-91 standard. It is suitable for general baking, drying, heat treatment, and other heating purposes in factories or laboratories. This product is non-explosive type. Items that are volatile, flammable, or explosive are strictly prohibited from being placed inside the oven to prevent explosions. The oven body is made of thin steel plates and section steel. The insulation layer uses high-quality thermal insulation cotton material. The inner walls of the working chamber are coated with heat-resistant paint, and the exterior is coated with high-strength paint. When the front door is opened, there is a glass door for observing the test samples. The side doors of the oven contain an electrical control room, where instruments, electrical components, and wiring are installed. An electric heater is installed at the bottom of the working chamber, and an exhaust valve is mounted on the top of the oven. Above the exhaust valve, there is a junction glass thermometer socket.
The temperature controller of this product employs an anti-integral saturation PID circuit, which significantly improves the stability of temperature fluctuations. Once the product is powered on, turn on the power switch and the fan switch, and set the desired operating temperature. At this point, the electric heater begins to work. When the working chamber reaches the required temperature, the temperature sensor transmits the temperature data to the temperature controller. The controller displays the temperature in the working chamber and sends a power-off signal. As a result, the relay stops working, the electric heater loses power, and the heating stops. Conversely, if the temperature sensor detects that the working chamber has reached the desired temperature, the relay will be activated, and the electric heater will be powered on to continue heating. This cycle repeats until a constant temperature is reached.
